Custom EOD Bomb Suit Portrait | Watercolor
A one-of-one watercolor portrait created from your photographs and your story.
Each Custom EOD Bomb Suit Portrait is individually painted by Timothy Colomer, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and professional artist.
Created on 22 × 30-inch archival watercolor paper, these commissions transform photographs supplied by the collector into an original work of art. The bomb suit, posture, equipment, environment, and individual details become part of a portrait intended to capture not simply what the subject wore, but something of the person and story behind it.
Timothy's EOD watercolor work has received recognition within the bomb disposal community, including an original watercolor featured on the cover of Detonator magazine.
Every commission is an original, one-of-one work of art.
These commissioned paintings are not reproduced as prints or offered for resale. The finished artwork is created specifically for the collector who commissioned it.
How the Commission Works
1. Reserve your commission
Place your order to secure a position in Timothy's commission schedule.
2. Provide your reference photographs
After ordering, you will provide the photographs and information Timothy needs to develop the composition.
3. Your watercolor is created
Timothy individually paints your original 22 × 30-inch watercolor using your supplied references.
4. Final approval and delivery
Once the artwork is complete, the commission is finalized and the original painting is carefully prepared for delivery.
Because every painting is created individually, availability is limited by Timothy's studio schedule.
