Cybork

7 × 10 inches original watercolor on archival paper

By Timothy Colomer

Timothy Colomer gives his duck a cyborg makeover in Cybork, an original watercolor from the Duck and Compass Society’s 2026 Burning Man special edition. The idea grew from the futuristic, cyborg style he associates with Burning Man, brought into the series through an unlikely little character. Dressing the duck as a cyborg gives that inspiration a playful form, echoing the freedom of creative self-expression. Twenty packs of cards from the special edition were sent to Burning Man for distribution, sharing the series beyond the original paintings.
