After an afternoon of chasing waves, Robert and Mike had worked up an appetite that could rival a flock of migrating geese.

The aroma drifting through the streets led them to a cozy little restaurant where steaming bowls of ramen, grilled fish, fresh sushi, and dishes they'd never seen before filled every table.

Mike was determined to try everything.

Robert wasn't so sure.

When the server smiled and pointed to a plate of roasted crickets, both ducks paused for a very long moment.

Adventure isn't just about the places you visit.

Sometimes it's about having the courage to taste something completely unexpected.

By the end of the evening, they left with full stomachs, plenty of laughs, and one new rule:

"Always ask what you're eating... after you've finished chewing."
